This position requires ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Friday and Saturday Nights 6-10:30 and posibility for other shifts when needed or we have events.
Reports to FOH Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Arrives for shift in a clean uniform and maintains good hygiene.
Demonstrates “the customer is always right” attitude.
Greet all customers in a friendly but professional manner with respect and a smile.
Reports any spills or potentially dangerous situations to FOH Manager immediately.
Cleans up the spill or assists in remedying the situation per FOH Manger direction.
Takes initiative and shares ideas to improve quality of service when opportunity arises.
Removes all soiled dishware from tables and brings to dish pit.
Assists servers, bartenders, & hosts with serving guests or various tasks
Maintains all the floors before, during and after service.

We are a high-volume venue located in Downtown Dunedin and looking to add some true professionals to our team. We believe in a unique experience paired with a delicious cocktail.
We are looking for team members with craft, tiki, Hawaiian culture, and rum knowledge focused on sustainability and high-quality service standards. We are, however; willing to train the right candidates. We excel in events and often host weddings, rehearsal dinners, large birthday, and anniversary parties.
We’re looking for staff members who are enthusiastic about craft cocktails and tiki culture, who are outgoing, have experience in casual fine dining and high-volume restaurants, and who love having fun.
Our staff is expected to know our diverse menus inside and out. The Honu has a fast-paced and high-volume atmosphere, so it is crucial that our staff take pride in providing attentive and friendly service that ensures our guests feel valued and well taken care of.
Bartenders specifically must be classically trained in high-volume craft cocktails. This position will allow for creativity and caters to a person that is self-driven and highly organized. A mixologist looking to grow their skill would be a perfect candidate.
Kitchen staff must be experienced with a will to also learn. A person who cooks and creates at home has the opportunity to do the same here. We encourage creativity from our staff and allow for daily specials to be created by any staff member that has a solid, thoughtful, Polynesian culture-centric idea. We are open to you teaching us new things as well.
